[pysqlite] pysqlite trouble with Trac

Renaming /usr/include/sqlite3.h didn't change the outcome for
subsequent rebuilds of pysqlite.  I later tried renaming
/usr/lib/sqlite3 and /usr/lib/libsqlite3.0.dylib, and that apparently
had the intended effect. Trac seems to be running fine with pysqlite
2.2 at this point.
