La M$ non mi piace, premesso cio'
e' chiaro che si puo' implementare un NN o simili per decidere se o meno
il sito sta facendo phishing (un po' come per lo spam)
pero' la certezza te la puo' dare solo un umano quindi
o fai scaricare un aggiornamento dei siti phishing (che pero' appaiono e
disappaiono con una velocita' impressionante) od altrimenti
non vedo come si possa fare se non facendo l'upload dell'indirizzo del
sito (cosa che credo faccia il filtro di netcraft).
Il problema e' semmai sapere se questi dati vengono conservarti e come
vengono usati.
